Our Craft Beer

We wanted to create a unique brewery atmosphere where old Nassau, sport, and history could set the stage for a cultural and welcoming environment.

Each detail of our brewery and taproom was a thoughtful one. From the native sloop that plays center stage, to the Canadian maple live edge wooden tables for socializing.

When designing the taproom, we knew that we wanted a statement piece where persons would want to congregate and chat over a pint of Rip Ty’d beer. So we discovered an old sloop in ruins that originated from Farmers Cay Exuma named FARMERS DAUGHTER and transformed it into our bar. A fun fact about our Bahamian regattas, my grandmother a local legend, sailed the Exuma Regattas with an all-women's team, the first and only topless crew.

The artwork displayed around the taproom was created from our family collection of old Bahamian postcards. Each piece gives our guests a unique look back in time. They are a reflection of trades no longer prominent which helped shape our culture and monuments that reshaped our landscape.

This all can be enjoyed while taking in the view from the historical and cultural taproom setting, through the glass wall, and into the brewery, a display of shiny industrial vats reflecting a hue of turquoise from the brewery floor emulating our Bahamian waters.
